Product descriptions, photos, availability, and prices are provided for general information and may change. Our cap guns and caps are toys; they are not real firearms. Follow all product instructions and applicable local laws. Use toys responsibly and only as intended. Adult supervision is recommended for children.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Checkout is handled by Stripe or the payment page linked from our site. Payment details are processed by the payment provider; PureSquish does not ask you to send card details by email. Check your order and total carefully before paying.
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. If a displayed price is incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order further and may cancel and refund an affected order.
Any shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Contact support if you have a question about an order.
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Any return or refund request will be handled under the return policy presented at checkout and applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, private, or infringing content. PureSquish may remove content that violates these rules. Submitting a review does not guarantee publication. The current website may store submissions only in the browser used to submit them; cross-device review syncing is not available unless a shared review service is added.
